Dumbarton v Saints Preview

It is likely to be a much changed team than the one that faced Ayr United at Somerset last night, so expect the likes of Billy Mehmet, Kirk Broadfoot and maybe even Brian McGinty (watch out Dumbarton Rock) making the starting lineup.

Last year, Saints kicked off their pre-season preparations at Dumbarton's ground, and drew 1-1 thanks to a goal from Simon Lappin.

Since then both sides have found themselves new divisions. Saints are now playing in the SPL (obviously), whilst Dumbarton are gearing up for third division football, with former Saint Mark Dempsie their captain.
