Of course, give it a few weeks and we'll all be yearning for football. No problem, we can laugh at England getting hammered in Euro 2004. After that it's friendlies, and before you know it it's the season again and we're getting hammered by Airdrie and Falkirk all over again.
I'm not too sure of the injury situation ahead of tomorrow. John O'Neill was meant to be injured last week but looked well enough when flying through the air for a penalty. Barry Lavety was in the same position as Brian McGinty and Mark Crilly, and whilst those two started, Basher was nowhere to be soon. Robert Dunn was injured last week and will probably be tomorrow, whilst Kirk could well be dropped after deciding his future lies elsewhere. See you in a few months then Kirk.
If the under 19s hadn't been so good we might have seen them playing tomorrow, however as they have a cup final on Monday they may miss out again. Shame.
Ross County are a team full of Dundee United rejects, like David Hanna, Jim Lauchlin, Jamie McCunnie and David Winters, while they also have former Buddie Steven McGarry.
A win tomorrow would set us up nicely for the summer and next season, so hopefully the lads can do it.
