Hibs 3-2 Under-19s

The new term had gotten off to the perfect start when Mark mcLennan put Saints in front after 11 minutes, but incredibly two minutes later Hibs were in front! David Love levelled things up before Fergus Bell put the Hibees in front.

Just before the break there was that rarest of things - a goal from a Saints corner. Iain Gray did the business when he headed it home.

Both sides pushed for a winner and it was perhaps this that proved Saints downfall as Hibs were able to capitalise on a counter attack, Bell scoring with just three minutes to go to give his side all three points.

A frustrating end to the game but a good display from the youngsters against last season's top side.
