The tournament is between all the home nations and the SFA have fixed up a couple of closed doors games against Georgia to ensure the youngsters are prepared and ready to go.
Owen's call up is yet another selection for a young Saint, with most of the Scotland youth squads featuring at least one member of the Buddies' youth system. Earlier this week the under-14 squad was named for a training camp in Largs which featured four Saints - Jack McMahon, Ryan Lockie, Craig Love and Ross Cameron.
