It's a bit odd that the under-20s had to play twice in such a short space of time, but I'm guessing it was because the end of the season is fast approaching and we need to get games played.
First up was a game on Tuesday with Saints hosting Falkirk. First teamers Jon Robertson, Sander Puri and Kenny McLean were all involved and it was the latter who opened the scoring. A double from Bia Botti had Falkirk in front before a great McLean effort drew the Buddies level before the break, Jordan Holt heading in the winner from a Puri cross.
Saints were again the hosts on Thursday as Hibs visited Paisley. Andrew Black gave the men from Edinburgh the lead before Jack Smith equalised, depsite having missed a penalty.
The results leave the young Buddies fifth, just two points off third with two games remaining.
