Of the two matches I'm sure everyone would rather we won the game in the Premiership, however this result means we are now bottom of the under-20 table. Partick Thistle are now top so I suppose there's nothing to be too worried about.
Saints started with David Cornell, Gary Harkins and Danny Grainger. Thomas Reilly was a rare absentee as were Jake Caprice and Stephane Bahoken, which will only increase rumours that the latter is in the process of leaving the club.
After a goalless first half, Jordan Leyden opened the scoring just before the hour mark. Late goals from Simon Colina and Ross Meechan, who was on our books last season, finished us off.
We're in cup action at the weekend when we head to Raith Rovers in the SFA Youth Cup.
