Saints had a number of first teamers playing, including Lee Mair, Jake Caprice and Thomas Reilly. Rangers had the likes of Steven Smith and Nicky Clark playing and took the lead just before the break when goalie Christopher Dillo appeared to be fouled, play continued and Luca Gasparotto scored.
A decision went in our favour after the break when Jason Naismith was fouled inside the box and Reilly scored from the spot, but soon after Rangers were back in front when they were awarded a dubious penalty and Dylan Dykes scored.
It's good to see that, even with Rangers in the third tier, and even in a youth game, they still get the dodgy refereeing decisions in their favour.
The result leaves Saints fourth bottom of the under-20s table.
