Twice last seaon the striker was flattened against opposition keepers, in games against Kilmarnock and Celtic, and twice he only booked the assailant instead of showing a red card. Goodness knows why.
We've had Mr Collum a few times this season, in the 3-0 League Cup win over Motherwell and the recent draw against Hibs, were he was again incredibly lenient. For more details on his record against us, click here for the preview of the cup game.
Mr Collum's first Aberdeen game last season was at Love Street, when they won 1-0 and had Lee Miller correctly booked for diving. The other games saw a win over Falkirk, and a defeat and a draw with Dundee United. The previous season there were wins over Gretna and Kilmarnock as well as a defeat to hearts, while 2005/06 saw another win over Killie.
A fairly short history for Mr Collum with both teams then. He's upped his red card count since this was last written, having the gall to send off a Rangers player, although they still won 7-1. That's probably the sort of luck we'll have if Aberdeen get someone sent off tomorrow!
