Judging by the reports Aberdeen absolutely dominated the game yet somehow didn't score, which sounds awfully like their game against Hearts last Sunday. We did the same to Motherwell last week and only got a draw so I suppose these things balance themselves out - although we'd have a point more if we'd won last week and lost today!
The only change to the side that gubbed Ayr during the week was David van Zanten replacing David Barron at the back. We were under pressure for most of the match, Johs Magennis seeing a shot cleared off the line, Johnny Hayes, Scott Vernon and Stephen Hughes all going close and Cammy Smith hitting the bar. However, the opener didn't come and we snatched a point.
It leaves us with six points from our first five matches as we head into the international break. Last season we had eight points by this stage - but then we were also behind Dunfermline...
