Darlington 0-1 Saints

Saints fielded a strong side and Mehmet scored after just a few minutes to put Saints in front. However, before the half was out, Dargo was subbed after picking up a knock and Dorman left the pitch on a stretcher. It is thought he may have concussion, which would mean a few weeks out. Not ideal - but better than what many Saints fans had thought when they heard about the stretcher.

Strangely, there was only one trialist in today's side - the mystery man from Spain. THere was no sign of defender Dominic Shimmin, who has done well over the past few weeks. It'll be interesting to see what happens to the pair.
