Hibs 5-1 Saints

I wasn't there (or even following the game online or via the radio) and thank god for that. It seems we were deservedly horsed and can have no complaints, aside from injury problems.

Billy Mehmet started the match, with Mark Corcoran nowhere to be seen. Mehmet lasted a mere 11 minutes before limping off and being replaced by Scott Gemmill, making his first appearance in years. Mind you, he did have a part to play in Sutton's goal and could find himself starting the game on Tuesday against Falkirk!

An extremely bad day at the office and as a result, combined with the fixture congestion, there will be no man of the match poll for this game.
