I wasn't at the game and have only just seen the result and scorers so this will be pretty brief!
The 3-5-2 was once again put into action, the only change being Steven O'Donnell replacing the suspended Steven Thomson in midfield.
MacKay put St. Johnstone in front after half an hour so with a shot that porved to be out of Paul Gallacher's reach and for a while, it seems, we struggled to find a way back into the game. However, the introduction of Craig Dargo and Graham Carey after an hour changed that, and 10 minutes later Carey - making his debut after signing on loan from Celtic - swung in a free-kick that Higdon headed home.
Both sides had chances to win it after that, but from my vantage point (100 miles away and only knowing the score and scorers) a draw was a fair result!
