Lappin scored his second in a week just before half time with a wicked free kick, whilst Kean tapped in the second in the second half after a good pass from trialist Armand One. Stenhousemuir eqwualised after this with a goal that was apparently miles offside.

Trialist Chris Hay didn't play due to an injury he picked up in Thursday's friendly against Queen's Park, whilst young keeper Chris Smith continued between the sticks.
